Why a 100% Spanish-Registered Fleet Matters for Your Stay in Marbella

At IMBA, we don’t just offer premium supercars – we offer total peace of mind. Unlike many brokers and rental agencies on the Costa del Sol that operate with foreign license plates, every single vehicle in our privately owned fleet is 100% legally registered in Spain.

Here is why renting a Spanish-registered luxury car makes all the difference for your experience:

Zero Hassle with Local Authorities: The local police in Marbella and around Malaga airport are highly vigilant regarding foreign-registered luxury cars. Driving a car with official Spanish license plates drastically minimizes the risk of getting pulled over for routine customs and registration checks, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted journey.
100% Legal & Fully Insured: In Spain, renting out foreign-plated vehicles to tourists can legally be a grey area, often leading to severe complications or voided insurance policies if an accident occurs. Our cars carry official Spanish rental registration, meaning you are backed by comprehensive, bulletproof local insurance coverage from day one.
Direct Ownership, No Middlemen: Because these are our own Spanish cars, we manage the maintenance, keys, and logistics directly. You get the exact car you booked, pristine and ready, with no hidden broker fees or unexpected cross-border paperwork.

When you choose IMBA, you choose luxury, safety, and compliance. Arrive in style, drive with confidence, and experience Marbella the way it was meant to be enjoyed.
