A deposit is required and will be refunded within 1 hour after the rental is returned. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Cash deposits may be accepted upon prior individual approval.
- What do I need to rent a luxury car?
We will ask to see your documents when you pick up the car:
- ID card or passport (min. 25 years old)
- Category B driver's license (for a minimum of 3 years)
- Identity verification via Stripe Face Recognition When picking up the car.
- Can I book a car in advance?
Yes and you'll benefit wider choice of cars. It's possible 24/7 through WhatsApp (chat or call) or online form. Enter dates of your rental on home page and select a preferred car. You'll be redirected to a car details page.
- Does all the cars have Spanish registration plates?
Yes! All our cars is always with Spanish registration plates!

- Can I travel outside of Spain?
No, you can not travel outside Spain with the car.

- The Best Option: We highly recommend adding the entry card directly to your car booking at checkout. This guarantees that your pass is pre-cleared, active, and ready the moment you pick up the keys, allowing you to enjoy seamless VIP access from day one.
- Changed Your Mind? No problem at all! If you didn’t add it during your initial booking, you can easily supplement your reservation with an entry card at a later stage.
- Can I extend my rental?
The length of the rental can be extended during the rental. To do so, please contact us!
- What payment options are available?
You can pay in cash or debit/credit cards. We also issue a VAT invoice on your or your company name.
- What are all the costs of renting a car?
We only charge the car rental fee indicated in the offer on our website, which includes insurance. Please note that a deposit is also required; this will be refunded immediately after we check the car, usually within 60 minutes after returning the car.
- What does the return look like?
Place of return
You can just return the vehicle to the same location from which you picked it up.
Preparation- You don't have to clean the car, we will do it for you.
- You don't have to refuel the car either - this is our refuel service: upon return you pay only for the missing fuel at market price, with no extra fees.
- To sum up - just bring the car worry-free, without any hidden charges.
