TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
1. Driver Requirements and Age Restrictions
- Minimum Age: The Renter and any authorized drivers must be at least 25 years of age at the time of rental.
- License Validity: Drivers must possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 consecutive years. International renters must provide a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if their license is not in English/Latin script.
- Driver Verification: We reserves the right to perform background and driving record checks. Verification failure will result in immediate cancellation of the rental without refund.
2. Payment, Security Deposit, and Financial Policies
- Credit Card Requirement: Payment must be made via a major credit card in the primary renter’s name. For ultra-luxury or hypercar categories, the Company requires two (2) matching credit cards for verification. Debit cards, cash, and prepaid cards are strictly prohibited for security deposits.
- Security Deposit: A mandatory security deposit ranging from 2500€ to 5000$€ will be authorized and blocked on the Renter's credit card prior to vehicle release.
- Release of Funds: The security deposit will be released within 1 hour after the vehicle is returned, subject to a full inspection clearing the vehicle of any damage, traffic violations, or policy breaches.
3. Insurance, Liabilities, and Excess
- Rental Insurance: The vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance. However, the Renter is fully liable for the financial excess (deductible) in the event of any damage or theft.
- Voidance of Insurance: Insurance coverage becomes entirely void, and the Renter assumes 100% financial liability for all damages, if damage occurs due to:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
- Operation of the vehicle by an unauthorized driver not listed on the agreement.
- Gross negligence, reckless driving, or racing.
- Driving on unpaved roads, gravel, or off-road terrains.
4. Mileage Allowance and Extra Charges
- Daily Mileage Limit: Each rental includes a complimentary allowance of X miles/kilometers per day. Can be seen on specific car.
- Excess Mileage Fee: Any additional distance accumulated beyond the daily allowance will be charged at a rate of 3 €per kilometer.
- Fuel Policy: You can return the vehicle without a full tank. If you would like us to refuel it for you, we will gladly do so at cost price for the fuel used. No hidden fees or extra surcharges applied
5. Prohibited Use and Vehicle Monitoring
- Track and Race Ban: Vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering racetracks, drag strips, test circuits, or being used for any form of competition, drifting, or performance testing.
- GPS and Telematics Monitoring: All vehicles are equipped with active GPS tracking and advanced telematics systems. The Company actively monitors live data regarding speed, hard braking, rapid acceleration, and geographic location.
- Policy Violation Penalties: If the telematics system detects abuse, excessive speeding (exceeding [e.g., 150 km/h / 90 mph]), or track usage, the Company reserves the right to remotely disable the vehicle, terminate the rental contract immediately without refund, and confiscate the full security deposit.
- Smoking and Pets: Smoking, vaping, and transporting pets are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a mandatory 1000 € detailing and sanitization fee.
6. Geographic Restrictions
- Border Restrictions: The vehicle must remain within the borders of Spain. Cross-border travel is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is granted by the Company and documented on this agreement.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the rental start date will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 to 72 hours of the scheduled rental time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made under 24 or 48 hours or "no-shows" are completely non-refundable.
